Founder

HTO was founded by Sylvia Hurrell-Mensah, a brand and communications leader with experience spanning consultancy, luxury automotive, fashion, lifestyle and purpose-led sectors.

Sylvia’s work includes leading brand and communications activity for global brands such as Mercedes-Benz, contributing to major cultural moments including London Fashion Week, and partnering with high-profile talent across the fashion, music, film and sport industries. She has also worked closely with founders, leadership teams and institutions across commercial, non-profit and public-sector environments, supporting organisations navigating visibility, scrutiny and change.

With a background rooted in journalism and strategic communications, Sylvia brings clear thinking, sound judgement and integrity to defining moments, setting the standard that underpins HTO’s work.
